Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of demosroute.com and orders placed with Demos Route Fraîche (“we”). By using the website or placing an order, you accept them.

Business customers

The website is intended for businesses: retailers, distributors and resellers. Wholesale prices and online ordering are reserved for customer account holders. We open accounts on request, after verification, and may refuse or close an account, in particular if the information provided is inaccurate or the account is misused.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential and for orders placed from your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. Keep your details up to date in the “My account” section.

Prices and taxes

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars, before taxes. Applicable GST (TPS) and QST (TVQ) are added at checkout. Prices and product availability may change without notice. In case of an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order concerned and will let you know.

Orders

Your order is confirmed when we send you the invoice. We may refuse or cancel an order, in whole or in part, in particular if a product is no longer available; in that case, any amount already paid for the cancelled part is refunded.

Promo codes

Promo codes are given to customers under conditions we set. Only one code applies per order, and codes cannot be exchanged for cash.

Payment

No payment is made on the website. After you order, we send you an invoice payable by Interac e-Transfer or by the method shown on the invoice. Your order is prepared once payment is received.

Pickup and delivery

Pickup and delivery terms, regions served and lead times are described on the Delivery and payment page. Check your order on receipt and promptly report any missing or damaged product.

Intellectual property

The texts, images, logos and other content of the website belong to Demos Route Fraîche or its partners and manufacturers. They may not be reproduced without written permission. Product brands belong to their respective owners.

Liability

We strive to provide accurate information on the website but cannot guarantee that it is error-free or always available. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of Quebec.
